I am a native of Arizona. I was born and raised in the valley. I got into the construction industry in 1978 as a framer. I became a general contractor in 1989 and built and remodeled homes in Maricopa County, Mohave County, and Coconino County which include Flagstaff and Lake Havasu City. I have built around 300 homes and remodeled numerous projects in that time. I decided to make Flagstaff my home in 2007. I have been a home inspector for HUD doing 203K loans for lenders since 2011. The companies that have used my service for 203K Home Inspections include Prime Lending, Academy Mortgage and more.
